Domestic Helpers from abroad

We are pleased to announce that our company has established a new collaboration with some recruitment agencies in Dubai to address the shortage of live-in household employees here in Greece. Our goal is to provide households with experienced live-in domestic helpers from the Philippines who adhere to European standards and have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in countries such as Dubai, Turkey, Singapore, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, and Kuwait.

To ensure the highest quality of service, our team personally travels to Dubai to interview and carefully select most of the candidates. We verify their qualifications through thorough reference checks from their previous employers. It is important to note that the candidates bear the responsibility for their working permit and visa expenses to travel to Greece. Employers are only required to sign the necessary documents.

Key details of the employment arrangement are as follows:

• Contract Duration: Minimum of 2 years

• Monthly Net Salary: €1,100

• Social Contributions: €265 (ERGOSIMO)

• Days Off: 1.5 days per week

• Leave Entitlement: One-month leave every two years, including a paid ticket to the Philippines, and off-duty during international holidays.

 

Once you have selected a candidate through a video call, we will handle all the necessary paperwork and procedures to submit the request for approval to your designated Perifereia.

 

Service Fees and Payment Terms:

• Total Fee: €1,700 plus 24% VAT per staff member provided

• Initial Payment: €500 upon approval of the working visa from the relevant Embassy.

• Remaining Balance: Due five days before the employee's arrival in Greece

 

Upon the employee's arrival you are legally obligated to pay statutory wages for the days or hours worked. Please be aware that Private Staff Greece is not responsible for paying insurance contributions for the employees you hire, nor do we handle any health-related issues for the employees. It is your responsibility to arrange any necessary health consultations.

 

The service fee covers communication and labor costs. Payments can be made via bank deposit to either Alpha Bank or National Bank. Any bank charges incurred during the transfer process will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

The entire hiring process typically takes approximately 4 to 6 months.
